Eriez, a global leader in separation technologies, is currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Floatation group. This selected candidate will be responsible for execution of flotation product sold orders, ensuring adherence to engineering quality requirements, customer specifications, delivery schedule, and budget.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with process engineers in the hand-off of projects from sales to project execution and will coordinate with a wide range of Eriez internal departments and external fabrication vendors to marshal sold orders through Eriez’ production process from order entry through final shipment. The Project Coordinatorwill also function as the sales coordinator for spare parts in the USA, which may require occasional travel. The individual selected for this role will report to the Senior Manager – Operations, Eriez Flotation USA

Responsibilities:

• Assist in proposal generation for capital equipment orders including obtaining information from the various stakeholders and assists in validating the proposal deliverables as related to the Request for Quote (RFQ).

• Generate pricing and proposals for flotation spare parts, including direct sales to customers and support of outside sales representatives.

• Generate internal sales orders in Eriez’ ERP system based on customer purchase orders, ensuring scope, specifications, execution plan, and schedule are accurately represented on the sales order in coordination with sales department.

• Develop production schedules for sold orders and proposals in coordination with external vendors and Eriez USA purchasing and production services departments.

• Translate customer requirements for sold orders to process, mechanical and electrical engineering departments and ensure engineering deliverables are completed on schedule.

• Participate in weekly production meetings to track the status of key components in flotation sales orders, ensuring that procurement and fabrication are completed on schedule.

• Develop project status reports (both internally and for the client) including progress reporting, cost reporting, earned value reporting and forecasting

• Manage changes on project including documenting and reporting on project change orders.

• Document control for the project including tracking, receiving, and distributing project documents.

• Prepare monthly financial reports summarizing order intake and shipment revenue associated with flotation spare parts.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 5 years + experience in project management environment in Engineering, Manufacturing

• Associate (2-yr) degree with background in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or Instrumentation

• Experience with developing and maintaining customer relationship

• Working understanding of commercial aspects for projects including the ability to review terms & conditions and participate in project contract negotiations.

• Ability to understand technical drawings

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize

• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

• Ability to work independently as well as on a team

• Must be well-organized and detail-oriented with good leadership skills

• Must have an outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Must be fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills

• Advanced skills in Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel

• Experience with MS Project
