Access Limited Construction currently has a need to fill the position of Project Manager 3. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of integrity and personal accountability with prior experience in public works construction. Experience working with Caltrans is preferred.

The position is full-time and is not a flexible work schedule position. The duties and responsibilities are listed below, along with desired qualifications and benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Complete project oversight from initial phases of implementation to close out
• Overall responsibility for project safety, quality, and production and always in that order
• Full scheduling and project margin oversight
• Anticipate and remove roadblocks that would prevent project from being completed in the safest and timeliest manner possible while always producing a world class product
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with internal and external customers
• Requires some travel to project sites

Education and Relevant Experience

• Civil Engineering/Construction Management degree required.
• 3-5 years of field construction management experience/Geotechnical experience moves you to the front of the line or equivalent work experience
• Managing full life cycle of a project required
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with interruptions
• Experience working in a deadline driven environment
• Experience in proactively assessing the needs of those being supported
• Capability to make decisions within guidelines'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
