This position is key in the development and execution of marketing strategies to attract residents and recruit employees for Cortland Acres.

Collaborative, team player who understands marketing strategy and execution and be comfortable working under minimal supervision. Knowledge of setting up marketing campaigns, proven writing skills, copy writing and proofing, working knowledge of graphics software, ability to act fast, and understanding of branding to develop materials. Self-starter who takes initiative and is comfortable providing expert advice to management. Able to relate well to and communicate with all kinds of people inside and outside of the organization. Understanding of and experience with websites and marketing platforms. Must have a service-oriented working style, attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, proficient computer skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
