Bangs Laboratories

Bangs Laboratories experience in microsphere synthesis and fine particle analysis have established us as a leading manufacturer of polymer, silica and magnetic microspheres for diagnostic, research, and flow cytometry applications. We also manufacture many specialty products to support validation and QC programs for analytical instruments, including a broad portfolio of fluorescent, count, size, and cell viability standards.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for performing testing of in-process samples and final products in accordance with SOPs and relevant procedures for method development, qualification, validation, method transfer, product release, stability, and process validation and investigations.

Principal Responsibilities

• Perform Quality functions including procedure writing, and inspection and testing.
• Perform laboratory testing and assays in support of method development, qualification, validations, product release, stability, and process validation and investigations.
• Qualify and perform maintenance on laboratory equipment.
• Use creative problem solving skills to identify, solve and/or improve processes.
• Participate in the design of experiments and studies with consultation for desired outcomes.
• Quality Assurance cross training responsibilities.
