1st Shift - $18.50 per hour starting rate

2nd Shift - $20.00 per hour starting rate (includes shift differential)

Saturday and Sunday Weekend Differential $1.00 per hour

Productivity incentive offers the ability to earn up to an additional $2 per hour

4 day work weeks (10 hour shifts) - schedule either Sun to Wed or Wed to Sat

We are a Third-Party Logistic Company in Jefferson, Ga. We are a small team that likes to work together to accomplish a common goal. We work 4 day, 10-hour shifts, pay weekly, and offer overtime. Looking for individuals with reach truck and pacer and, RF scanner, and order picker/puller experience.

About the Position

The Forklift Operator/Order Picker is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Powered Industrial Equipment. The Forklift Operator/Order Picker is responsible for utilizing the lift equipment to move, load, unload, and stack products in preparation for shipping and receiving demands to meet customer needs.

Functions

• Safely operate an Order Picker to move products or materials for distribution such as reach, slip sheet and push/pull equipment.
• Load, unload, and store products and/or materials
• Stack and/or transport materials and products to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan product and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Complete cycle count as required
• Perform daily safely inspections per the Safety Checklist on forklift trucks
• Ensure facility is inspection ready at all times for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.

· Communicate and report any incidents to supervisor.

• May perform housekeeping duties
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications

• forklift operating experience preferred - Pacer/Reach Truck
• Pass Background and Drug screen
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail
