Performs general maintenance/cleaning of facility including lighting and minor electrical, painting, dry walling, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical etc.

Duties will also include using equipment/measurement tools such as drill press, rulers, calipers, depth gauges, go/no-go gauges, etc.
