THE OPPORTUNITY
Broadstep has been serving the community since 1972. We're a diverse team of first-class healthcare professionals supporting the IDD community with care, consideration, and advocacy. We currently have an opportunity for a Receptionist, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. This role is responsible to provide high quality, professional, organized, accurate and timely administrative and clerical support to the assigned department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary
• Assist other departments when needed
• Welcomes and directs visitors and clients
• Maintains filing systems as assigned
• Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
• Receives packages and deliveries
• Must Cooperate with License and Department in any inspection or investigations
• Provide and ensure complete service delivery in a healthy and safe manner that supports Broadstep's vision, mission and values
• Must successfully complete all required trainings identified in the subsidiary's specific training curriculum prior to the start date in the program and according to Broadstep's training policies
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School or Associate degree in related field is required
• Minimum 1 year in receptionist field experience
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time in an efficient and timely manner
• Experience in managing inventory and/or supply distribution
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and related software
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
• Ability to work independently
