We are currently seeking a full-time Charge Nurse RN to assist with nursing needs on our beautiful 51 bed Skilled Nursing unit.

Sign On Bonus: All RN's are eligible for a $2500 Sign On Bonus.

About the role: The Charge Nurse is responsible for the supervision of staff and delivery of all patient care within the Health Center during the assigned shift.

• Overseeing and caring for our long term care and skilled nursing residents.
• Assist in ensuring the provision of quality care that promotes the highest practicable physical, mental and psychological well-being of each resident as determined by resident assessments and individual plans of care.
• Supervising of CNA and Caregiver staff.

Available Shift:

Day (6:30am-3:00pm)

• License to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Texas, or compact license
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a long term care setting is required.
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing and/or long-term care setting.
• Previous experience in a charge nurse/supervisory role strongly preferred
