What’s the role? You will be working from your home office selling Home, Auto, Toy, and Umbrella policies. In addition, as you gain experience, you will tap into very lucrative Life and Health policies to new clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):

• Work from home where you will daily prospect to develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up regarding their needs.
• Proactive problem solving.
• Maintain customer records, using automated systems.
• Regularly contact 600-800 people per week. These are warm-company leads.

SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have current Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Must have at least 1 yr of Allstate Insurance experience
• Strong consultative sales & negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exemplary business ethics and customer service.
• Ability to prioritize, respond to customers' needs and handle time sensitive issues
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
