JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of the IT Supply Chain Value Team, you will join a group of product managers who are responsible for managing products that support our client's enterprise processes across the Supply chain including Procurement, Quality, Science & Technology. In this role, you will act as the product lead for applications within the Procurement space that serve their business colleagues across the globe. The role will require the ability to technically understand the platforms and will be responsible for "product management" of products which fall into the Procurement product line. You will work with technology vendors, support resources, delivery partners, our stakeholders, and apply emerging and traditional technologies for improvements in support of their Procurement organizations. You will own and manages a product through the duration of the product lifecycle, define the overall product vision and strategy, with a keen focus on value, business outcomes, and user experience. You will also make product decisions, and ensures decisions align with product strategy and drive continuous product discovery to understand user needs and translate that solutions and product backlog. You will play an integral part of a project that is focused on creating a user interface for client's internal employees and external vendors to communicate and share data. This person will need to be a good communicator, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible to travel to either NJ or PA location.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years' experience with at least 2+ years of demonstrated product management area using Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Procurement processes and automation applications like SAP, Ariba, Celonis, Aera.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Release Management, Problem and Incident Management, Software Development Life Cycle best practices and project methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
• Confident individual who is organized, able to coordinate teams and activities in a complex global environment.
• Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate technical and non-technical information verbally and in writing.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Prior experience in Enterprise SaaS product management with successful traction in development, launch and growth of products.
• Experience working with RPA technology
• Experience with various data and analytics platforms (PowerBi, Spotfire)
