$15.00 per hour, then $17.50 plus applicable shift differentials after CNA school is successfully completed.

As a Resident Assistant you are instrumental in providing superior customer service to our residents.

• Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at The Grove St. Charles by ensuring resident’s rooms are ready for their arrival.
• Greeting all new residents, escorting resident to their room and introducing them to their roommates.
• Assisting residents pack and unpack their belongings when they are being admitted or discharged.
• Providing our residents other non-nursing related assistance.

Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

• As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. One (1) year of experience in a Customer Service role is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
