The Foundry Table & Tap is an independently owned and operated restaurant. We offer seasonal new American fare and fresh takes on pub favorites sourced from the finest local purveyors and prepared from scratch. We're a professional and fast-paced establishment with an experienced team.

The ideal candidate for this position has a background working in the restaurant industry and is looking for a career opportunity which allows them to take initiative without being micromanaged. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, as well as hiring, firing and scheduling staff.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day operations
• Hiring/terminating employees
• Ensures proper procedures are followed in both FOH and BOH
• Assists in the training of new employees
• Works with FOH Manager and Server Captain to test new employees on food and beverage knowledge
• Weekly FOH scheduling
• FOH labor and beverage costs
• Assists in service expo when needed
• Holds quarterly performance reviews with FOH employees
• Reviews changing menu items with FOH employees on a daily basis
• Works with the host/hostesses on seating guests and confirming reservations
• Handles guest issues
• Cash management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
