Retail Production Associate:

Is responsible for creating/producing all types of decorated garments – DTG, DTF, transfers, and vinyl. This includes, but is not limited to, running a digital printer, pre-treatment processes, and heat press. The Production Associate will need to work together with the graphic designers to bring the customers vision to life in the form of a quality final product, ensuring on-time fulfillment of the customer orders.

You will be performing the following tasks:

- Printing/Production of in-house printing projects along with ordering supplies.

- Responsible to meet daily with team: reviewing orders outstanding and orders ready to produce

- Produce customer orders with excellence in mind – work with designer to understand what and how the customer orders are to be created

- Contact customers when orders are ready for pick-up

- Use the POS system to capture/manage customer information & transactions

- Maintain and update scrap logs

- Manage inventory: unpack boxes, stage orders, folding garments, and stocking shelves. Able to lift approximately up to 40 lbs.

- Process and stage return items to the various manufacturers

- Help maintain store displays and cleanliness of both retail and stockroom space

- Assist in answering phones and emails

- Assist customers as they walk in when appropriate

- Other activities as needed

Requirements in addition to the above:

- Prior retail production experience a big plus – office print shops great.

- Skill to follow team members written and oral instructions for production

- Talent to resolve customer problems in a timely manner

- Top organizational skills to manage the daily tasks

- Very thorough and attentive to details in performing daily projects – Take pride in your work

- Aptitude to navigate various computer software

- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, and/or Illustrator on the PC- to pull artwork into software and make simple adjustments – (We can teach you what you need to know) – A plus if knowledge!

- Ability to stand on your feet during shift and to lift to 40 lbs.

- Ability to work to work on Saturdays and possible a few holidays to meet production deadlines.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
