Position:

Our Sales Consultants interact with hundreds of customers every year to help guide them toward a lifestyle improvement...whether it is through purchasing a HotSpring Spa, Endless Pool, or a fireplace.

Leads come right through our door, or are warm leads which are delivered to you online.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

Create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
After provided training, be able to effectively demonstrate and sell all product offerings, which include hot tubs, Endless Pools, fireplaces, accessories, and water care products.
Confidently ask for referrals from current customers
Work with management to achieve measurable sales goals
Assist the front counter staff with day to day transactions.
Attend regular sales meetings and training seminars via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. You may occasionally be required to travel for in person conference or training, as instructed by management.

Requirements:

Prior Sales Experience is preferred but by no means required
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
Must be able to work on weekends

Base pay of $50,000 is guaranteed with added Commission and Bonus pay on what you sell with potential to make over 6 figures!
