Cycle City Ltd. is now hiring for Sales Associates at our Kona Harley-Davidson Retail Location in Waikoloa Hawaii.

The Sales Associate is responsible for,

• Providing great customer service, generating sales, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, cash register operations (POS) and loss prevention in adherence to all company policy/store standards;

• Sincerely greeting every guest as they enter the store and offering them assistance

• Maintaining awareness of all promotions and advertisements;

• Executing the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management;

• Recommending, selecting, assisting, locating or obtaining merchandise based on the customer’s needs and desires;

• Assisting in the training and development of peers;

• Upholding merchandising and store cleanliness standards;

• Participating in the processing of new shipments and help the team to keep the receiving and back stock area clean and organized;

• Being responsive of safety issues;

• Being conscious of shoplifting activity and watching for and recognizing security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations;

• Aiding customers in locating merchandising in the store as well as, processing special orders, if applicable;

• Answering customers’ questions and provide information on procedures and policies;

• Other job duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements: Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business. Must be punctual with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment; Customer service experience, preferred. Must be a strong team player yet still able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must have excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, pays high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
