Renewal by Andersen SLC is looking for experienced Sales Representatives. Our Design Consultants help fuel our dynamic growth through a customer-focused consultative selling experience.

Successful Design Consultant have the ability to build rapport with customers through a superior homeowner experience and displaying drive for top results. They are responsible for conducting in-home consultation, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects.

The ideal candidate is persuasive, honest, and professional. They are excellent communicators who can build trust and establish quality relationships with customers. They can adapt to different environments and are energized by interacting with others. Positions are 100% commission based with high potential of six figures for driven individuals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (Appointments primarily from Utah County to Cache County. - Renewal By Andersen SLC covers all of Utah south to Richfield.)
• 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience is a must.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Schedule availability to run homeowner appoints in the evenings and weekends as customers request.
