We are seeking a Dental Implant, Full-arch, All-on-4 Treatment Coordinator and Sales Consultant.

As a full-arch, dental implant sales consultant and treatment coordinator, you are responsible for screening incoming calls, scheduling consults, conducting face-to-face consultations, assisting patients to understand their options, and closing the sale to help people choose the best treatment for themselves. To qualify for consideration, you should have a proven track record of success with sales in a fast-paced environment. You should possess confidence, emotional intelligence, credibility, integrity, inititaitve, dependability, motivation and work ethics.

Sales consultant and Treatment coordinator role:

1. possessing qualities of high motivation and initiative with strong negotiation and closing skills and the ability to overcome objections in a face-to-face environment.

2. Providing value and education for potential patients in regards to their dental implant decision-making process.

3. Managing a follow-up process by reaching out to potential patients who have expressed interest in dental implants, to help them in the process, to identify where they are in their decision, and to follow-up with those who may have delayed treatment, and to "close the deal" obtaining deposits and scheduling them for treatment.

4. Participating, as needed, in a marketing effort to increase patient lead generation.

5. Possessing interpersonal skills of teamwork, builidng working relationships with patients, doctors, and other auxillary team members.

6. Being a self-starter with initiative, accountability, and high motivation to hit and exceed target goals.

7. Maintaining professionalism and poise even when working under pressure.

8. Remaining highly organized and detail-organized keeping meticulous patient records as well as records on leads not yet committed.

9. Having a positive outlook and personality on life in general and the tremendous service that we provide for our patients.

10. Assisting in preparation for patients scheduled for surgery.

Qualifications of the sales consultant and treatment coordinator.

1. Sales and negotiation skills of at least 5 years with verifiable resume and recommendations.

2. somoene who is a "quick study" with ability to immediately build rapport, assess patient needs, create sense of urgency and dive someone to action.

3. possess strong negotiation skills with confidence.

4. Ability to maintain a written, verifiable and interactive tracking system.

Position Benefits.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
