Job Description:

  • This is a full-time position
  • This position requires some travel, and work outside of normal business hours
  • This position reports directly to the Sales Manager

An EarthCruiser Sales Executive oversees and drives sales for the entire product portfolio. The responsibilities of this role include developing, implementing, and managing sales strategies and the customer journey/touchpoint processes, driving lead acquisition, and identifying new markets. Most importantly, this position is responsible for developing lasting customer relationships and closing sales.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with high-net-worth individuals, and selling luxury products like high-end sailboats, yachts, aircraft, or world travel experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for the outdoors and is an experienced traveler. At EarthCruiser, we provide customers with an experience-based lifestyle, not just a product. The right person for this role has a proven track record selling experiential/lifestyle products and meeting/exceeding sales goals.

The ideal candidate should excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with current and potential clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop sales forecasts
  • Attend and lead trade shows and major events
  • Update and maintain CRM data and customer journey/touchpoint management software
  • Oversee customer touchpoint process

Qualifications Required

  • 1-3 years of experience working with high-net-worth clients
  • 3-5 years of experience selling luxury goods (aircraft, yachts, custom homes, etc.)
  • Proven sales excellence – meeting quotas and targeted sales goals
  • Proven success in experiential selling role
  • Experience working with a CRM system to track and optimize customer touchpoints
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Proven excellence when planning and executing tradeshows and events
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Effective time-management with keen ability to multitask
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
  • Ability to travel as necessary
