Job Description :

Masterank Wax, Inc. is looking for a B2B Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and selling products and services to new and existing customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with key accounts, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build relationships quickly. Duties & Responsibilities

· Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets

· Research and develop a deep understanding of target industries, customers, and market trends

· Generate new leads through networking, cold-calling, and other means

· Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in assigned accounts

· Understand customer needs and requirements and match them with the company’s solutions

· Negotiate pricing and contract terms within guidelines

· Close deals and achieve quarterly quotas

· Keep accurate records of all sales activities and provide timely reports to management

· Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events on behalf of the company

· Stay up-to-date on industry news and developments

· Provide input to improve processes, products, and services

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field

· 2-3 years of proven B2B sales experience

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Thorough understanding of the sales process from start to finish

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

· Experience with ERP System

· Familiarity with product pricing and margin analysis

· Strong understanding of the competitive landscape

· Proven success achieving quotas

· Ability to travel as needed

· Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
