Job Description :
e3 Diagnostics is seeking a Sales and Service Technician to join our team in the Layton, UT office; this e3 Sales and Service Technician is ideal for someone who is good at fixing things, enjoys traveling, and direct contact with our customers.
- Build and maintain customer relationships and provide unparalleled service and technical support
- Perform calibration, maintenance, repairs, and installations on a wide range of audiology and biomed equipment
- Perform software and firmware upgrades to existing biomed equipment
- Meet or exceed all sales and service goals in assigned territory
- Maintain accurate records of customer contact and equipment
- Keep product knowledge current and attend all required training
- Work with minimal supervision and is responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to management when necessary
- Negotiate contracts and pricing
- Other duties as assigned
- 2 year technical or engineering degree, or related experience preferred
- Experience speaking and/or selling to customers or medical professionals
- Proficient in updating and troubleshooting software problems
- Experience in networking and providing hardware support preferred
- Must be able to obtain and keep certification through the National Association of Special Equipment Distributors (NASED)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to maintain clear driving record
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check as well as any customer-required screening requirements
- Travel is required – Mostly will be working around the Wasatch Front, but will also travel regularly around Utah, Western Wyoming, and Eastern Nevada including Las Vegas. Company car will be provided
- Salesforce experience preferred
