Job Description :
Ensure that all COD orders that Money is collected and properly documented.
Prepares deposit bag's in according to Company Policy
Ensures that tickets are verified for numbers, dates and time accuracy and ensures that customer trucks (Internal and external customers) leave the yard properly loaded.
Ensures that safety, compliance, environment and DOT requirements are followed at all times.
Coordinates truck dispatch to jobs with orders received from Dispatch office and operates computer to produce appropriate customer tickets.
Sends transaction register and ticket copies to main office on a daily basis.
Answers phone and takes accurate messages for other in their absence.
Gains and maintenances product knowledge necessary to answer customer questions.
Tares trucks (empty weight) on weekly basis and records as appropriate as well as maintains accurate records of tons sold by product.
Performs housekeeping duties to ensure that scale house is clean and orderly.
Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
knowledge of Excel and Word.
Accurate Data entry skills required
Prior customer service/interaction
Excellent communication skills
Good customer focus and attention to detail
Ability to work in a team environment and pitch in when needed in other departments
Prior experience with scale work a plus.
Starting pay rate is $20.00/hr., overtime based on business needs

- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
