Our partner in Minneapolis, MN is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join their growing team

The Senior Accountant role is part of the corporate accounting team, is a highly visible role with the opportunity to grow in responsibility and level.

Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:

• Prepare journal entries, intercompany accounting, consolidating results, complete monthly close processes
• Utilize the system features and resources to improve the flow of information and make recommendations for improved processes
• Communicate and build relationships with your internal global teams
• Assist with audits; prepare and review financial reports
• Assist with ad-hoc projects including some analysis

Qualifications of the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree – Accounting or Finance
• 3 or more years’ experience in the manufacturing industry
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting
• Proven ability for problem-solving and analysis
• Process improvement experience
• SAP experience a plus; ERP experience a must
• A good understanding of SOX requirements

How much will you earn as the Senior Accountant?

• Starting salary is $80,000 to $95,000 annually
