Summary:

• Required: Oracle EBS Release 12, Supply Chain & Inventory Experience.

• The Support Team (OST) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (BA) with a techno-functional background. The BA will be responsible for providing business and analytical assistance in support of the maintenance and enhancement of the on-prem Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The candidate is responsible for leading the analysis of complex, high profile interface projects.
• The BA will act as a liaison between business users, OST, and Information Technology (IT) to review, analyze and triage system defects, enhancements and change requests to determine potential solutions and work scope. Must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Key Skills

• 5-7 years proficiency in Oracle EBS release 12+.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain, Inventory, and Order Management modules is required
• Projects, Purchase Orders, and Accounts Payable are a plus.
• Prepare functional design documents required for modification and enhancements for the EBS system.
• Knowledge of creating and updating project plans. Proficiency in Microsoft Project or other project planning tools.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, query writing and triaging of defects.
• Create testing scripts and executing testing prior to production migration to insure intended results.
• Must have the knowledge of EBS Foundation that includes but is not limited to FND and AOL schemas, System Administration functions, DFFs, KFFs and OA Framework
• Additional skills include working with Oracle Support to create and manage Service Requests (SRs) to resolve system defects
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Guide and train business users in the use of EBS to encourage self-sufficiency of the business user community.
• Provide and receive cross-training of modules to fit the needs of the team.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, EPM, OIC and OAC is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
