The Senior Data Analyst role will support all areas of the business with an emphasis on Serviced by Others (SBO) loans, originated or acquired. The data analyst would be responsible for the following activities
Responsibilities:
  • Perform data analysis during the project implementation to understand the data coming from the source systems to ensure all data requirements are met.
  • Determine how the data can be integrated with other data in the data warehouse.
  • Work with business users to educate them to properly use the new MicroStrategy self-serve tool and to understand the data.
  • Meet with business users to elicit report requirements and create requirement documents.
  • Perform pro-active data analysis and present the results to business leaders.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of Data Analysis experience
  • 5 years of creating report requirement documents
  • Ability to write complex SQL statements
  • 5-7 years working in a data warehouse environment that follows an agile development process
  • Experience in Financial Services including experience with Loan Servicing transactional data, data environments and an understanding of data structures and lineage
  • Snowflake experience is a plus
