Job Description:

The Senior Investment Analyst will primarily support Vice President and Partner investment professionals during the due diligence process. The Senior Investment Analyst will gather due diligence, analyze due diligence, and complete credit memos to assist in the Company’s Investment Committee decision making process. In addition to the core due diligence responsibilities, the Senior Investment Analyst will assist in key strategic initiatives including: (i) industry trend research, (ii) competitive analysis and (iii) business development projects. Prospective candidates should have between 1 and 3 years of professional experience in banking, consulting, accounting, or similar corporate roles.

Responsibilities:

· Support senior investment professionals during the investment process

· Perform fundamental credit analysis on investment opportunities

· Perform valuations of potential real estate investments

· Complete business development projects

· Act as a liaison for the team and other parts of the organization

· Interface with Partners and Investment Committee of Fundamental Income

· Contribute to a positive and healthy workplace environment

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:

· Undergraduate degree from a top university or college (additional consideration will be given to candidates with a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business)

· 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, accounting, or similar corporate roles

· Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.5+ on a 4.0 scale

· Authorized to work in the U.S.

· Possess intermediate-level knowledge of and a keen interest in finance and/or real estate

· Analytical, adaptive, multi-tasker, team player

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
