Job Summary
The Director of Marketing for Hello Truck Lease must be a strategist and executer. They will plan new campaigns, create the copy and visuals for marketing materials, set up various software/tools, and analyze marketing results.
- Strategize and envision new marketing campaigns; focusing closely on advancing the growing brands
- Create, edit, and oversee content including Blogs, Videos, Podcasts, E-courses, Brochures, Flyers, Signage, and Web-based media
- Collaborate with a resource pool of writers, designers, and content experts
- Execute and report on outbound marketing campaigns including: Search Engine Optimization of our website and online materials; Paid Campaigns via Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other media; Social Media with spotlight focus on YouTube; Event Marketing to support attendance targets and brand presentation; Print marketing including our product decks, learning guides, and informational brochures
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years relevant experience
- Top-notch writing and editing skills
- Current technology and application knowledge
- Expertise in: Google Ads, Google Analytics, MailChimp, Squarespace, Wordpress, YouTube Studio, Canva, Facebook Advertising
- Basic Knowledge of: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, problem-solving skills, detail oriented and prioritize competing projects
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization – both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

- The ideal candidate understands the nature of our business is not 9-5 and is willing to work extended/flexible hours as needed
- This position will require candidate to primarily work from the office, but some work-from-home flexibility is included
- PTO is flexible once training is complete and performance expectations are being met
