Using the Microsoft technology stack (SQL / .NET Core / C#), you'll work on everything from customer-facing web applications to highly-available RESTful services, to back-end systems. You'll bring solid experience in emerging and traditional technologies such as: REST, Blazor, .NET Core 6, MVC, Razor, React, JSON, XML, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, relational databases, and Azure to name a few. You will lead the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems, and will have the opportunity to remain in a hands-on engineering role, writing clean, quality, professional code, while also providing functional and technical leadership, and mentoring developers on complex and high priority technology projects.

Responsibilities:

- Own the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.

- Drive tactical delivery for multiple teams.

- Work with business partners, architects, and other groups to identify technical and functional needs of systems and determine priority of needs.

- Ensure adherence to defined development life cycle, good software design practices, and Architecture strategy and intent

- Partner with systems analysts, project managers, and internal customers to understand the scope of work, priorities, and requirements for development.

- Collaborate with developers to deliver new capabilities in business applications and/or remediate issues.

- Enforce company policies in areas of development methodology, architecture, security, change and configuration management, compliance

- Analyze, define and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment

- Analyze and estimate feasibility, cost, time, and compatibility with hardware and other programs.

- Coordinate coding, testing, implementation and documentation of solutions

- Perform code reviews to an appropriate frequency and level.

- Responsible for key system design and integration decisions; and for communicating decisions to individuals implementing the system.

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree

· At least 8 years of experience in software engineering

· 5+ years of experience using Microsoft for full stack Development

· 5+ years of experience in the following or like technologies: .NETCore/MVC, Razor/Blazor, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL, C#

· 5+ years of experience in Agile practices

Preferred Qualifications:

· Master’s Degree

· 3+ years of experience collaborating with product owners on requirements and deliverable

· 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service

· 2+ years of people management experience

Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
