Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.

Triage of patient phone calls. Work with team to maintain Patient Centered Medical Home certification. Perform basic lab tests and EKGs.

Helps develop, improve, and enforce warehousing Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and operational systems by ensuring proper product handling and storage

Answer incoming phone calls, assisting patients with scheduling needs or transferring to the appropriate department/person requested.

Maintain regular contact with subcontractors, customers, employees, to ensure that all project progress is on track.
