Tietz's Plymouth Piggly Wiggly seeks dedicated and experienced Shift Manager for immediate, Full-Time employment within our Company. Position is 1 - 9 pm, or scheduled 2 -10 pm for upcoming daylight savings change to accommodate the hours of business the store is open. Grocer experience is preferred, but we will cross train the right candidate. This position reports to and works directly in coordination with the Store Manager. This position is an upcoming vacancy due to a relocation, and will cross-train with the current H/R Manager. Tietz's Piggly Wiggly's are family owned and recognized, reputable premier grocers within the communities we serve: Sheboygan North, Sheboygan South, Howards Grove, Two Rivers, Manitowoc and Plymouth.

• Assigning, manager and supervise team members with assigned tasks to be completed each shift. Stock all merchandise needed on the sales floor.
• Execute with team weekly ad merchandise changes through out the store.
• Unload trucks to breakdown by aisle and departments to stock.
• Place merchandise on pallets to be designated isles.
• Build end caps and displays.
• Operate electric pallet jack, bailer equipment.
• Shipping & Receiving/Freight experience helpful.
• Inventory Control.
• Setting performance expectations for team members and work with team members to ensure all responsibilities/ duties and task deadlines are met.
• Properly resolving problems and troubleshooting issues as they arise without the direction of management
• Reporting to the Store Manager and meeting with management to review goals and metrics
• Maintaining a work environment that meets company, state and federal safety and employment guidelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
