SHINE Beer Sanctuary opened mid-September 2019 featuring LaPa Grill as it’s kitchen. We are excited to bring the best of La Parrilla’s world fusion burritos to its new location in historic downtown Bozeman.

We are seeking excellent team members who will thrive in a busy kitchen while offering attentive service. Part-time and Full-time

• Three shift minimum per week

This particular role involves

• Delivering athletic hospitality and service to our guests and our team.
• Helping guests feel welcomed and appreciated.
• Greeting and engaging in friendly conversation as you customize amazing food with your guests
• Prepping, cooking, guest service, cleaning, cashier, and more
• Supporting teammates
• Thanking guests as they leave, wishing them well, and inviting them to return
• Answering calls & managing to go orders
• Learn and fill multiple positions on the team
• Giving and receiving feedback daily with your team on what you did well and how you can improve
• Creating magic moments for people.
• Part-time and Full-time
• Three shift minimum per week

A strong candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Professional verbal communication skills. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the restaurant.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Works well under pressure.
• The ability to take direction and give and receive feedback non-defensively
• Can be flexible as needs dictate.
• Works well with other people in a team environment.
• Service driven.
• Excellent attendance with schedule flexibility determined by business needs.
• Move with a sense of urgency.

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high energy, and physically demanding environment
• Will spend 100% of the time standing, walking, bending, stooping or lifting
• Will be required to use physical capabilities such as: walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, squatting, lifting, climbing and stooping
• Will transport and carry objects, such as bus tubs, cans, racks, boxes and trays, weighing up to 50 pounds
• Shifts will run 6-8 hours
