We are looking for a talented Customer Software Implementation Representative (CSIR) with SaaS experience to join our dedicated team and provide the exceptional customer support that is a pillar of OptifiNow. The CSIR is required to fully understand the OptifiNow Platform and become an essential resource to the Company. The role requires working independently and as a team member and manage multiple priorities. The CSIR will be involved in all aspects of customer success, including software configuration, software implementation, post-implementation support, and tracking customer analytics. This role requires customer-facing communication skills and the ability to collaborate with professionals inside and outside of the Company

Job Responsibilities

• Obtain a broad understanding of the features, functions, and interdependencies within the OptifiNow Platform.
• Discuss potential projects and their parameters, as appropriate, with clients, executives, and software developers.
• Document the tasks assigned, including the scope, deliverables, and deadlines, as well as internal and User Acceptance Testing Protocols
• Participate in internal daily updates to project teams and management.
• Participate in periodic customer update meetings.
• Communicate any potential issues in agreed to deliverables.
• Standardize and create scalable processes for all your activities. Document your processes.
• Identify new processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction while reducing costs.
• Make the customer your priority by anticipating their needs and potential issues.
• Increase your general personal technical knowledge by reading trade publications and attending conferences or seminars when possible.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and team members.

Job Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or experience in software implementation, project management or customer facings activities related to software implementation for a sales and marketing focused SaaS company.
• Ability to quickly understand and identify problems, develop solutions, and execute step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
• Excellent communication skills
• Moderate technical knowledge/understanding
• Excellent organization skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Exposure to using Sendgrid, Twillio, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and Google Base Tools will be helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
