Job Description

The Software Engineer will implement and enhance the Smart IP&O platform and its modules Smart Demand Planner, Smart Inventory Optimization and Smart Operational Analytics. This will mean working on any area of this platform and modules, such as UI, server backend and data science components. The role reports to the CTO.

This is a key position with great visibility and impact. Someone who enjoys technical challenge, to learn new technologies and is a quick learner will have a lot of opportunity to grow and challenge themselves at this fast-growing SaaS company.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, improve, and maintain these new and existing capabilities in the Smart IP&O platform and its modules.
• Work with the data science team to understand and refine statistical algorithms to solve specific problems in the Company's domain.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Graduate degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Analytics/Data Science
• 2-5 years of coding experience in C# or Java, JavaScript/HTML and Python
• A good understanding of Statistics and Statistical implementation technologies like R and various Python modules desirable
• Experience with AWS desirable
• Collaborative and flexible team player with a strong work ethic.
• Must love ongoing learning and taking on new challenges.
• Must love working at startups and in a very flat organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,643.76 - $90,000.00 per year
