Details:

• The client is looking for someone who is agile and ready to work in a fast-paced business-focused environment. Will be responsible for working with technical teams across multiple geographies for helping to set up a new store or troubleshooting it. This position will
• require technical skills and be able to follow and execute a step-by-step IT playbook
• Be an independent contributor role and be able to work on a fast phase, multi-vendor, multi-geographical environment
• Be flexible with working hours and may require working off hours based on production issues or criticality of tasks
• Requirement
• Experience in end-to-end store setup - Windows, Unix/Linus o Knowledge in TCP/IP fundamentals and basic networking protocols
• Experience Level 2 support/escalation handling
• Setting with up of back office for retail solution o Expertise in change control, release deployment and L2 support activities
• Client Handling and addressing operational calls with field support team o Working with 3rd party connectivity with POS machines o Coordination with development and Release management team.

NOTE: REMOTE work is not preferred but can be considered for right candidates but should be open for periodic business travel
