Vivo Solar Energy is searching for sales consultants to create an exceptional experience leading homeowners through the solar sales process. The main objective of this position is to present an in-home solar proposal report and explain the financial and environmental benefits of switching to solar.

Responsibilities:

• Consult in-home with prospective customers on solar energy solutions for their home
• Capitalize on sales opportunities with warm-leads provided, and supplement with referrals and self-generated leads
• Assess and qualify residential properties visually for installation requirement
• Attend weekly sales meetings

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of sales experience (D2D/B2B preferred)
• Proven track record of successful field sales experience
• Reliable transportation
• Self-motivated, competitive, problem solver, and competent in overcoming objections

Compensation:

• Lead Setting Deals: $1-2k per deal closed ($200/kw)
• Self-Generated Deals: $5-10k per deal closed ($500-1000/kw)

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
