We are seeking an experienced Store Director at our C&R Supermarket in Slater, Missouri. Previous retail grocery store management experience, and knowledge of Retail Grocery store operations required.

Specific Requirements:

• Drive sales and profits through proper merchandizing and associate management
• Plan, organize, and direct daily store operations and activities
• Customer and associate relations, including excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of equipment and machinery
• Budget planning, sales forecasting and gross profit computations
• Direct store safety program, including timely filing of Worker’s Compensation forms
• Monitor and evaluate associates on a regular basis
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Interview and hire associates
• Assist in coordination of benefits for store associates
• Record keeping, including completion of company reports

Qualifications:

5+ years of retail and/or convenience store management experience, with progressive responsibility for managing total store operations. This is a full-time, salaried position with a performance-based bonus plan.
