Our Summer Internship Program

This Opportunity

The Team and Organization Effectiveness group within Global Learning and Talent Management is seeking a summer intern to join us to work on organization development (OD) and organization effectiveness (OE) projects. In this role you will partner with the team to support organization analysis and organization design projects to help our organization transform and develop tools and resources for team effectiveness interventions to help leaders and teams be more efficient and productive.

What you’ll do

• Support organization analysis and design projects (interview transcription, analyze interview data, create visualizations to report out on results)
• Develop and roll out tools and resources for organization analysis, organization design, and team effectiveness interventions
• Enhance our internal team processes to track our work and develop measures to quantify the impact of our team’s activities
• Plan and execute a capstone project and then present the results to other HR leaders and staff

Your skills & expertise

• Current pursuit of a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology
• Past internship experience or project work in organization development and/or organization effectiveness
• Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong data analysis skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
