Position's Pay Range: $64,500.00- $80,500.00/annual, depending upon experience.

Position Summary

This position is accountable for the operation, personnel management, and the service to customers as assigned.

Essential Functions

• Promote and develop safe work behaviors in line with the company's safety programs and objectives
• Monitor hours of service for drivers; maintain compliance with all company and government regulations and policies
• Supervise performance of drivers to achieve incident free deliveries of every load
• Lead, manage, evaluate, and develop staff personnel as assigned
• Forecast terminal performance; evaluate performance and take corrective action to meet expense and financial forecast
• Engage local customers regularly to drive growth and enhance relationships
• Ensure maximum asset utilization
• Facility audits for assigned locations

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business related field or equivalent business experience in the transportation industry
• Excellent conflict resolution skills
• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
