Valid/current professional license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts. Completing physical therapy evaluations and documentation in accordance with

Clean & valid driver's license. Provide support for incoming phone calls. Provide effective and efficient clerical office support for assigned sales engineers.

Must have a four-year degree in the Human Services or related field with one (1) year of experience working with at least one of the Family Care target
