JOB DUTIES

• Control access to the facility ensuring only authorized personnel, contractors and visitors that are permitted on site.
• Maintain surveillance, check all lobby and garage doors on site to ensure the perimeter and or buildings remain secure.
• Monitor Cameras, Fire, & Security systems
• Conduct routine patrols of the property to identify security risks, safety hazards, outdoor lighting and maintenance issues
• Complete daily security log, Incident reports, and other mandated reports per the job assignment and post orders.
• Other duties assigned as per the Manager’s direction

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a valid High School Diploma or GED
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Must have computer skills, will train on access control and building programs
• Must ne able to pass a drug screening and background check
• Must have the ability to conduct extended foot patrols
• Must be able to climb multiple flights of stairs when needed
• Ability to effectively communicate with Team, Owners and others
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate computer records and reports
• Ability to respond to emergency situations as per procedures, CPR, First Aid and AED training provided
• Ability to hear & see in low light situations
• Capable to work outside in extreme weather conditions for a short period of time
• Capable of comprehending site-specific policies and standard operating procedures and the ability to implement such as needed.

· Condominium Association has an immediate job opportunity for one Security Officers. As a Security Officer, you will conduct foot patrol (interior and/or exterior), control access and egress, monitor Camera, Elevator and alarm systems, compose computer reports, deter criminal activity and misconduct and perform other duties as specified by management
