Warehouse Manager-Supervisor is responsible and accountable for spearheading a wide array of Warehouse and Business projects and monitoring the progress of each project. must handle the project management team, leads the requirement collection of inventories, and evaluates the duties of employees.

• Manages the project department and monitors their day-to-day activities to ensure that all employees are performing their job well.
• Evaluates the recent state condition of clients and provides correct inventory for warehouse by managing employees .
• Prepares various documents, such as project plans, staffing strategies, and project implementation proposals, and presents them.
• Helps the project management team to generate new ideas and clients.
• Must know regulations for POD/BOL hazard and food
• Profound knowledge of 3PL law and regulations
• Has an excellent ability to utilize various computer software and data warehouse software
• Possesses outstanding project management and analytical skills.
• Should have good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Has good organizational and documentation abilities.
• Strong attention to details and exemplary time management ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
