Qualifications and Responsibilities for the Web Developer:

• Associates degree in computer technology or other closely related field
• Up to three years of object-oriented programming
• Knowledge of computers and related peripheral equipment
• Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and client requirements for applications
• Manage, monitor and enhance assigned applications, reports, web sites, systems and databases to ensure the departmental goal for uptime is met or exceeded
• Successfully complete project development tasks for company initiatives within given timeframe and with high quality
• Develop, maintain and document applications, web sites and reports; handle system and application malfunctions from a development standpoint to minimize downtime and make recommendations for long-term changes
• Serve as a primary support resource for end-users, responding to questions and requests related to data, applications, reports, and assigned systems’ operations
• Detail-oriented with a necessary understanding of systems and applications to effect changes
• Develop and test application software and report customizing to assist users with various business needs
