Welcome to our exciting opportunity for a Marketing Technology Manager! We're looking for a true expert in web technologies such as PHP, CSS, Javascript, HTML, MySQL, and WordPress, and digital analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.

We need someone who has experience and exceptional skills in marketing analytics, and a proven track record of managing complex web development and marketing technology projects.

As our Marketing Technology Manager, you will be managing a team responsible for the development and technical parts of creating web assets, including websites, landing pages, and marketing analytics setup and configuration, PPC tracking, and social media integration and tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Lead web development and marketing technology projects with an expert level of proficiency
• Liaise between clients and development teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Provide clear and concise project briefs to the development team
• Attend client meetings and status calls, providing expert-level advice
• Set relevant team meetings and bring in appropriate resources as needed
• Maintain consistent and regular contact with development team members, providing expert-level guidance
• Track and report on project metrics, ensuring the highest quality standards are met
• Interpret complex marketing ideas and turn them into visually appealing and functional solutions
• Take ownership of projects and ensure they are executed with exceptional quality, on target, on time, and within budget
• Enter and track a high volume of data-related work components
• Identify and remedy performance and operational issues as soon as they arise
• Work with project managers and teams to improve strategies and continuously refine processes
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned
• Be a true team player, helping out in any way you can to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services

Required Skills:

• Expert level of proficiency in web technologies such as PHP, CSS, JavaScript, HTML, MySQL, and WordPress
• Exceptional skills in marketing analytics, with the ability to create and analyze complex data sets and derive insights that drive outstanding marketing results
• At least 5 years of experience managing complex web development and marketing technology projects
• In-depth knowledge of digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio
• Ability to configure A/B and split tests on websites and landing pages
• Strong project management skills, organizational skills, and time-management skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to clients and team members
• Exceptional skills in data organization and analysis, problem-solving, and process documentation
• Ability to work independently and manage high volumes of information with ease
• Expertise in web technologies related to WordPress, PPC, SEO, social, and digital PR.
