If applying in lieu of Medical Assistant education or LPN licensure, must have current CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification. High School Diploma or equivalent.

Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts. Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change.

Perform data entry into customer systems and other business management tools and ensure high level of accuracy. Customer Connect workflow support and loading.

CHT certification strongly preferred or working towards CHT. Able to carry a full-case load with complex post-operative patients.

Answering and directing calls, taking messages. Associate's degree in Business Administration or a closely related field strongly preferred.
