We have an immediate opening for our newly created Acquisitions Intern a part-time position (approx 20 hours per week, flexible days) This position is a great opportunity for a student who will gain a tremendous introduction to the real estate acquisitions and investing space focused on Senior Housing, working with an elite team of professionals. This is a perfect

Essential Duties;

· Support Senior Acquisitions Associate/Director of Acquisitions in evaluating, underwriting, and recommending new acquisition opportunities.

· Assist in pipeline maintenance that includes: deals under contract/LOI, deals in underwriting, deals to be presented at investment meetings, and deals that are coming to market.

· Assist in maintaining an up-to-date pipeline summary to be displayed for company-wide access and viewing.

· Assist in maintaining deals history spreadsheet that contains past deals.

· Perform senior housing demographic market analysis on potential senior housing communities.

· Assist in Offering Memorandums (OMs) review.

· Explore and research for new brokerage relationships that IHC does not already have or have knowledge of.

· Provide support on recurring or ad hoc projects, as needed.

· Perform other duties as assigned and which relate to the success of IHC.

· Assist in deal folder creation in share drive and ensuring files stay organized.
