Automotive Service Advisor Jobs - Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting all customers in selecting suggested service in a friendly, professional manner
• Generating service order estimates/ quotes for customers
• Scheduling appointments
• Resolving customer complaints
• Keeping CSI at or above region monthly
• Maintaining value, quality, and integrity
