Summary: * Assist with taproom operations, including educating and serving customers, cleaning glassware, and taking phone calls. Reports To: Tap Room Manager*.

Must be licensed as a Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin, or have the ability to obtain a license in WI.

Assists customers who are experiencing technical problems by quickly resolving issues or forwarding more complex issues to the appropriate technical resource

Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record. Serve commercial and retail customers with the objective of making Auto Value

The candidate may be required to have a valid Michigan drivers license and ability access Pine Rest Transportation Vehicles for the performance of job duties.
