Triad Design Service, a publisher of technical manuals for the military, aerospace, transportation, and technology industries for nearly 40 years, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper/accountant, to work onsite at our corporate office in Williston, VT.

The candidate must have a basic understanding of accounting with the ability to further their knowledge with on-the-job training. The perfect candidate is a mature person (not necessarily in age but in attitude) with the desire to further their accounting knowledge to include a basic understanding of government accounting, work in the HR department which includes in/out processing, insurance enrollment etc. and be willing to perform any basic office/administrative duties.

Attention to detail, confidentiality, strong work ethic, ability to work and communicate with a small team, and a willingness to take direction describe the best candidate.

This position would begin as a part time position (20-30) hours per work with definite growth to a full-time position. If the correct candidate is found, the potential to grow into the chief financial officer is possible. Experience in Excel a must! Experience in QuickBooks a plus.
