As the Brokerage 3PL Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office activities, leading, and training your team, ensuring customer and carrier satisfaction, and managing profitability. You will have the opportunity to develop your team, identify areas for improvement, and monitor industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.

What your day looks like:
· Responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.
· Managing the sales cycle, in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
· Forecasting and monitoring the P&L
· Ensuring sure all the loads are covered and customers are serviced daily.
· Identifying need areas and initiating improvements of brokerage operations
· Developing your team with leadership, ensuring they are carrying out expectations and holding accountability. The ability to positively coach and build team successes as well document progressive performance coaching with team members as needed.
More about you:
· A preferred bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of combined work experience.
· Thorough knowledge of brokerage 3PL.
· 4 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
· Budget development and oversight experience.
· Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment
Where you’ll work:
This position is located at our corporate business office in Blaine, WA. The work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking up to 15% of the time. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
