How you will make an impact:

• Undertakes complex assignments requiring additional specialized technical knowledge.
• Develops very complex and varied strategic report applications from a Data Warehouse.
• Establishes and communicates common goal and direction for team.
• Establishes and maintains advanced knowledge of data warehouse database design, data definitions, system capabilities, and data integrity issues.
• Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff.
• Monitors project schedules and costs for own and other projects.
• Develops and supports very complex Data Warehouse-related applications for business areas requiring design and implementation of database tables.
• Conducts training on use of applications developed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment working on many projects with business customers.
• Good communication and presentation skills to present effectively with multiple levels within the organization.
• This job is focused on spending time thinking about programming and how it would be used to design solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BS/BA degree; minimum of 6 years experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Expert level PC, spreadsheet, and database skills, as well as experience in standard

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Experience with the healthcare industry and proficiency in medical (institutional and professional), pharmacy, dental, vision claims, provider, and member data analysis strongly preferred.
• Proficient in problem-solving skills, identification of data issues and anomalies, independent data research, and QAQC/UAT testing strongly preferred.
• Advance knowledge of SQL fundamentals, MS SQL querying, and Teradata is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Facets/FAC1R, ODS/ODW, EDWard/Enterprise Data Warehouse preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Access including pivot tables, graphs, etc. preferred.
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, Tableau dashboard creation, and Regulatory and Compliance reports preferred.
• Experience in AWS Cloud/Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake, Python, and Java Scripting preferred.
• Knowledge of SAS Enterprise Guide, RAT Stats/statistical software preferred.
• Experience in Project Management using Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $105,920 to $190,656.
