Business Analyst with LIMS ,Em,UM and Stability Module

A) Services.

(i) Provide business owner input during implementation and validation of electronic enterprise system, Novatek LIMS for the EM, EM mobile, UM and Stability modules.

(ii) Define, review, analyze and document the end-to-end business process and user requirements. (iii) Elicit requirements and act as the facilitator between Subject Matter Experts and IT teams translating complex functional requirements into functional/technical/non-functional specifications.

(iv) Define the use cases for the verification of the requirements/intended use of the system within each LIMS module.

(v) Develop process maps, user guides, standard operating procedures, and other functional documentation to define operation of the system for each LIMS module.

(vi) Develop the training material to train the users.

(vii) Act as the business/technical support during the system implementation.

(viii) Entry of required information (i.e. sampling locations, maps, acceptance criteria, tests attributes, etc) within each LIMS module.

(ix) Establishing sampling/stability protocols, including parent/child requirements based on current processes.

(B) Deliverables.

(i) User Requirements: Draft the user requirements for the LIMS system (EM, EM mobile, UM and Stability modules).

(ii) Business Process workflow: Document the business process workflow to define the intended use of the system for the aforesaid modules.

(iii) Master Data/Configuration Specifications: Capture and manage the Master Data/configuration of the

LIMS system. (iv) Use cases: Identify the use cases for the verification of intended use.

(v) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI): Draft standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions (WI) for the operation of LIMS (EM, EM mobile, UM and Stability modules).

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $75.00 per hour
